UsAgainstAlzheimer’s (“we,” “us,” “our”) recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy provides details about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information about consumers who use our websites, make donations to us, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the “Services”).
Collection of Personal Information
We may collect the following categories of personal information about consumers who use our Services:

- Professional information, such as job title and company name.

Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from consumers when they interact with us. We also collect personal information from vendors and third parties, when they provide information to us. Finally, we collect personal information from vendors and third-party providers of cookies and other tracking technologies used on our Services.

- To our vendors. We disclose personal information to vendors who process personal information on our behalf, including providers of website hosting, information technology and infrastructure, data analytics and modeling, email delivery, order fulfillment, auditing, marketing and analytics services, and other services. - Colorado Residents. - Unsubscribe. To unsubscribe from promotional emails from UsAgainstAlzheimer’s, you may click the “Unsubscribe” link located in the footer of any promotional email you receive, or send an email request to unsubscribe@usagainstalzheimers.org with the subject line “Unsubscribe.”
- California Residents Under 18. If you are under the age of 18 and are a registered user of our website, you may request removal of content or data that you have posted by contacting us at info@mybrainguide.org. Please note that removal requests may not result in complete or comprehensive deletion if the content or data has been reposted by another user.
- Direct Marketing Disclosure for California Residents. California’s “Shine the Light” law requires companies to disclose certain information upon request regarding the sharing of personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes and to allow consumers to opt out of such disclosures. To make a request, please contact us at info@mybrainguide.org with the subject line “Shine the Light Request.” Requests are processed in accordance with applicable law.
- Disclosure for Nevada Residents. We sell certain covered information as defined by Nevada Revised Statute § 603A, as further described in Section IX. Nevada residents may opt out of the sale of their covered information by contacting us at info@mybrainguide.org.
